Little Americas Portland Apartment

The apartment was so nice, well decorated and great space for 8 people! There was a washing machine, coffee machine and a massive TV - everything you could want! The location was so good and it was so clean and they provided everything ! Hair dryer, soap etc - everything was so good! and the host is so responsive if you have any issues

That there was only one bathroom, we were a group of 8 so was a bit of a struggle and it’s on the 3rd floor with no lift BUT the actual apartment was unreal and the location was SO good!

The apartment was walking distance from a variety of cafes, restaurants and next to a grocery store.

There wasn't an elevator, forcing us to carry three heavy luggages up three flights of stairs. The guests across from us were loud, even after quiet hours. In addition to their noise levels, they had guests in and out of the apartment during the dead of night.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, it is located on a commercial street right in the city center. A few meters away there are grocery stores open 24/7. Also nearby is a larger shopping centre and a square. The metro stop is within a few minutes walk. On the other hand, the apartment faces the courtyard and you have absolute peace and quiet in the apartment. Ideal. There is no need to be put off by the shabbier looking condition of the apartment building, because when you arrive at the apartment and you will be charmed. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, spacious enough, yet you have beds for at least 6 people. The bathroom is very nice, the rooms are modern, spacious and nice, everything works and everything is clean. You won't miss anything. The apartment is very nice and we felt very comfortable in it. Not a problem with the big double bed (also) upstairs, it's not cramped at all and looks rather interesting and in the style of a maisonette (bunk apartment). The apartment is warm enough in the winter and there is air conditioning in the summer. Handing over the keys easy with detailed instructions. This accommodation lacks nothing quietly even for longer stays.

The condition of the residential building cannot take points away from this accommodation, the accommodation lacks nothing. Maybe a little tip, there was a photo of the building across the street on the booking. But in the instructions everything was fine :)

The apartment was nice and warm. Communication with owner was very good. Location although not central but still was easily accessible by transport system or walk.

Old Bathroom needs some fixing especially water dropping on the floor from shower. Sofabed was small and not comfortable.
