Everyting was good. Comunication with owner was great. Apartment have everyting you need and location is good.

Just for sleeping, it was ok because it is one of few accommodations from Budapest that has private parking.

The towels had a weird smell, the carpet was dirty, the air conditioning unit takes all the hot air out into the balcony, the pillows were very bad

Oh my, owner should spend there 2 days. Apartment is nice but missing few things. Shower holder is broken. Refrigerator squill like dying pig. There is no holder for towels, we got only 1 towel for 3 day. Wifi password is hard to get write it down somewhere. There is no cans for sorting garbage. Jesus christ i never had worse pillow in my life. Its very unclean.

The apartment is located in a wonderful area, close enough and far enough from the city center. Everywhere is easy to get to. It is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the landlord is excellent. WI FI also excellent. The building is new and modern, and parking is a huge advantage.

An unpleasant surprise is the carpet in the living room, which is so dirty that it is unpleasant to look at. Dirty and not vacuumed, and we paid 50 eur for cleaning fee. It is also surprising that for three nights, the three of us received a total of three towels, one for each of us and it was intended for both the body and hair for all three days of our stay, while we received two miniature A4 sized towels for our hands and face. There is not a single hand towel in the kitchen. The kettle leaks and is not very safe to use. In addition, there is no TV or even a music player in the apartment, so staying there seems quite depressing. There is not a single armchair or even a stool in the living room, so you sit on the couch like in a school classroom and also the living room table has broken leg and is unstable. All of this can be easily acquired and replaced, and in that case the house would be clean 10. Also be careful something is leaking from the ceiling at the back of the garage, similar to glue, and we still haven't managed to remove it from the trunk of the car.

The place is new and clean. Instructions to get in were very clear and easy to follow. Quiet area. With only a bit of noise during the day from building works nearby.

There was no “welcome” folder for equipment, local shops, or other tourist info, Kitchen/cooking equipment was minimal. Wi-Fi and password took some hunting down. No TV. Lighting was a bit stark, no table/side lights.

It wasn't so clean. Lot of blonde hair on carpets, dusty in bathrooms and the floor was not so clean.
