Nice and cozy apartment, close to city center, metro lines, public transport... Building is brand new, apartment is well equiped with relative new furniture. You have almost everything what you need. Private parking garage is also a big plus

Only thing that i didnt like is noise. Because there is a lot of construction works near this building. But it is not a big problem.
