The location is quite good, many parking spots around. They answered your call at late hours (even during the night).

Upon arrival the key card was not working, thus needed to wait half an hour to obtain a new one so we could enter the room. Later, the common area entrance door was blocked from inside (by other guests), thus the code that opened the door did not work, so we had to knock hard on the door and luckily, some of the guests opened the door for us. This happened twice. Would be a good idea to make it impossible to block the common area entrance door from inside. Upon check-out, the cleaning service knocked on our door before 9 A.M. asking us to leave the room, even though, the booking confirmation showed check-out time 11 A.M.

Posto centrale, ben collegato con i mezzi. Molto Carino il letto con soppalco, la stanza pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort.

Le dimensioni della camera sono decisamente ridotte, inoltre alle 9,30AM si accendono in automatico tutte le luci delle finestre e risulta abbastanza fastidioso se magari si sta ancora dormendo.

Fiz a reserva pensando ser o quarto o da foto acima. Quando cheguei ao local me deparei com um prédio fedido, com acesso difícil, cheio de senhas, sem identificação visível, num "apartamento" com uma cozinha comunitária e vários quartinhos conjugados. E para minha surpresa, o meu quarto tinha a cama no mezanino, com acesso por essa escada vista na foto. A desculpa da empresa administradora foi que eu não fiz a escolha do meu quarto após a reserva. Ridículo. Na verdade, o Booking sempre nos reserva uma surpresa após termos feito o pagamento. Nunca é o que mostram inicialmente. Já me deparei com "estacionamento disponível", mas pago e longe do hotel. "Estacionamento privativo" na calçada. "Café da manhã", mas mediante pagamento à parte. O Booking deve ser evitado.

Absolutamente nada. Cancelei a estadia.

No one answered us, the room was not used, the money was not returned to the account. The couple was forced to go to the hotel and pay extra.

A possible clog in the drains could cause a heavy odor to come back through the pipes. But if u open the window for 5 min and close the bathroom door you will be fine!

It was in a very good location, close to everything and close to metro, bus and tram stations. It was very clean. Also the neighbourhood was really quiet and safe.

The only thing that we didn't like was the smell that was coming from the bathroom pipes.
