This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The whole room smelled like sewage and the property did not reply to any of our messages. This made me so sick I had to go to the hospital. Avoid at all costs.

Great location, beautiful old building, nice common kitchen area, super comfy beds and great design overall! Really lovely. Easy and clear instructions of self check in. I really liked the room, it's impressive how well located in the centre it is, and yet how quiet and peaceful it's inside.

The pungent smell from the drain was really strong... As it's an apartment not a hotel with desk staff available - and we weren't there for long - I wasn't raising this issue hence can't tell how would it be resolved. Had to deal with it by keeping the bathroom doors open and room window open when we were out, and doors closed at all times when we were in the room. Overall the ventilation in the bathroom is an issue, it gets very humid. But the window in the room is really large and it's manageable overall. Still, this was the only problem and I'm sure it will be looked into and resolved. I would still recommend the stay, after visiting the thermal baths my family slept peacefully for 13 hours!

We arrived fairly late in the day. We gained entry to the building with the provided code. The location is great to be able to do a walking tour of Budapest on both sides of the river.

Going up the stairs was a challenge since it was so dark (we later learned how to turn the lights on). It was a bit surprising when we got into our room to find a couple of young women in the kitchen. Didn't realize it was a shared room, but the kitchen is the only thing shared -- bed and bath are separated. The only other challenge was one morning when the bar gate was locked and we couldn't get out. We found the emergency button behind the door and found our freedom by pressing the button.

The location is central and convenient. The cleanliness was okay, but not amazing. I liked that there were separate fridges, so no chance for others to mistake your food with theirs and there was enough appliances.

Misleading advertisement for free airport shuffle, which they actually don't provide. The host was not flexible at all and wasn't able to leave my bag before checking in and after checking out at the accommodation. They only offered to leave your bags at a different location, but who wants to go to a different location when you stay long term and you have 3 heavy bags? Also, the cleaner was nowhere at the time of checking out and I already left my room, so phoned up quickly if I can stay a few minutes more to get my food sorted in the kitchen and I was told no... That was straight out mean with no flexibility at all for an extra 10 minutes when the cleaner wasn't even there yet, but even if she was, she could have gone into the room to clean up anyway, so it didn't make any sense. They have very strict and high penalty fees on not leaving on time either, which is not justified. The room didn't have any windows and the AC didn't work properly, so there was no air a lot of times and it was quite depressing as I had to stay in the accommodation to do some remote work. The room was very small too, so the value for the accommodation wasn't good at all. No washing machine either.

It looks exactly as the photos and the location is perfect and very convenient with the public transportation.

It was really clean but the had forgotten the trash in the toilet's rubbish bin.
