I have booked the room from 25-27th pf November. 26th of November I had an incident with my reservation in this apartment. My card for entering my room was stopped working. I called several times the telephones provided for the room in your platform and noone answered. As a result I was standing in the cold for three hours from 00.00 to 03.00 and at 07.00 I was flying back to my country. I called police but they couldn't help me so we (together with the police) call a locksmith to open the doors of the apartment. Finally I get my stuff and reach my flight sleepless, freezing and also charged 100 euros for the locksmith. The day after, after several hours the apartment responded with a message in the platform to ask what happened. They also called me back after 8 hours, in order to explain to them why I called them so mush times and ask them for help, I explained them and they suggested to contact booking. They didn't admit their fault not even to say sorry. This is unacceptable. I contact with booking and they told me that the apartment should refund me and they can't do anything about that. From then I have no news. I lose my money, I stay homeless and I risk my health waiting in the cold. I will take legal action against them. Also booking didn't cover me and it doesn't choose the right agents.

The only positive note is the location.

Small room without any window. Sheets and towels that seemed dirty and presence of a cockroach in the room. Furthermore, WiFi was not working for the entire stay (four nights) and the property never responded to the WhatsApp number for customer service. Very bad.

This hotel is located in the center of Budapest, a 10-minute walk from the Parliament. It is very close to the Nyugati train station. The room is renovated, very clean, comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and equipped with everything you need. The room has a fridge and access to the kitchen where you can find everything you need. The building has an elevator. The communication with the reception staff was very good and fast. I had a 10-point vacation.

If I were to come back to Budapest, I’d definitely come back here. It’s amazing and so comfortable. In such a good area too! Oof

Nice apartment with excellent shared kitchen.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the apartment. We booked the apartment in a different location than the one we got. After two days of stay, we asked for new towels and they did not provide us with them. We were told that check out was at 11 o'clock, at 10 o'clock they came knocking on the door to tell us to go out. In addition to everything, we were very disturbed by the sound from the neighboring apartments.
