There was very good communication with the reception and the room was pretty and comfortable

The ladder was a little steep

When we first entered it was clean.

We had limited hot water and it was a huge problem for us as we were three girls

The room was not ready when we came.The last guest did not leave the key. The Hi5 staff, did not fine a solutuon for us, we went to the street meanwhile, they tried to find the last guest, and the cleanning lady to make the room.

it was very clean and nice, the accommodations were so pretty and it was very close to the city center

even if the kitchen was really nice, we did missed a microwave

The room that was booked was supposed to be with two beds without windows or with one bed with a window, we got a room with one bed and no window, ventilation was not working in the toilet and you could smell the STINK FROM SEWAGE, the service of the employees is very bad, they asked them for another room, and we were willing to pay more, but after almost an hour and a half of "negotiation" we were told that was not possible because they were at full capacity, although it was still possible to make a reservation on Booking. Also I need to mention that the employee was laughing at our complaints, in any case VERY VERY BAD. Do not go to this accommodation, for that money you can find much better.
