The bed was very confortable and the shower was roomy. The best thing was the position of the apartment, close to the tram stop, the shopping center and in a nice quarter.

The cleaning was not really good. The bathroom specially was dirty and there was dust on the furnitures. Nothing to say about bed linens. At the end was not so bad, but it could be a lot better.

The triple room had good space, smart TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, wardrobe and a nice view of the theater at the front. The building has an elevator, which is great because it is on the fourth floor and access to the building and the apartment is all by password or card. The accommodation has a shared kitchen with individual refrigerators for each apartment, stove, oven and a coffee machine which I think is perfect for those who are going to stay longer. The location is excellent and easy access to shopping malls, transport and all the tourist area.

We anticipated the documents through the application to do the self checkin but when we arrived at the accommodation the card was not available at the box they mentioned. I tried to call but It didnt work, then I sent messages on whatsapp and saw that people were reading, i just received an answer after I questioned if someone was going to help me. At first, the person who answered did not believe that the key was not inside the box, she replied “did you watch the video sent?” and I received another email with the video link, even though I said I had already watched it, after all I knew how to use a simple box with a password. Finally the person made a video call for me to film the key box and guess what?? It really wasn't there! Despite the bad service, they solved the problem by giving me the password for another box so I could get in until an employee brought the “lost” card. The accommodation was good and comfortable, but the cleaning was not good, there was a lot of hair in the shower drain and the furniture was dusty, as if they hadn't cleaned it before we entered. Another negative point of room 2, which was the one we stayed in, was the strong smell of sewage that kept coming out of the drain and the toilet when they were not in use.

Way too small and no windows... Also had difficult check in -- checked in after hours but staff was not willing to pick up to answer questions after the first call, and had hung up rudely in the first call. I understand we had to complete the check in online but we were having difficulties and they weren't picking up to help out.

The staff provide via mail all the necessary information about checkin process, access to the property access to the mearby garrage, etc. in written and with a video - very well done and very descriptive. The property is 10-15 minutes away from the parlament building and from the Margaret island. The elevator is slow, because is hidraulic, but is okay. Room was small but we spent most of the time visiting the city. Very good mattresses. Quite location behind the comedy center. Garrage nearby at NH hotels, which can be used at levels -3 and -4. Fully equiped kitchen in an area shared by all the 4 appartments. Refrigerator is a bit nosy, but it can be disconnected and the one in the kitchen can be used instead. Checkin process very easy and not man-driven (good for late comers).

The room was awesome, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, mini fridge, big wardrobe. There was a shared kitchen outside our room, well-equipped, oven, coffee machine and even 3 fridges. Location is great. Margaret Island is just about the corner, you have plenty restaurants, shops and pubs close to you. Across the main street there is a club which hosts parties every night. The Parliament is just 10 minutes away.

We booked our room in the morning of our arrival and even if we sent the arrival time several hours before, the room was not cleaned by the housekeeping. So we had to announce the owner (via Booking) and we were said the housekeeping had not time to come and clean and they are on the way to us and our room will be ready in maximum half of hour.
