BpR Étienne Charming Apartment

Fab apartment for two of us. Great location for walking to all the attractions and close to the airport bus drop/ pick up. Really clean, light and airy. The two of us (females) felt safe and comfortable.

Slight road noise in the front bedroom. Not that we needed it but very strange there was no cutlery, not even a spoon to stir a cup of tea. And it was lovely to have the welcome bottle of wine, but there was no cork screw to open it!

Everything was perfect!!

Apartment is fresh and new, great location near most attractions.

1. Staircase is closed with a cage and there is no key. If the elevator is not working ( it was our case on day 1), there is no way to get into apartment. 2. Apartment needs cleaning - bathrooms, kitchen counter has stains (which can be easily cleaned), dust on top of bed and very dirty courtains. Additionally, one of the bathroom has a very bad smell (sewerage). 3. Can fit up to 4 people, but despite the fact that we booked for 3, it was made for two - no bedding and toiletries ( were provided upon request). Additionally, not enough mugs (2). 4. Communication could be improved. On day 3 we were asked to either provide pictures of utility meters or then someone of staff would come and take it. Next message was - if we do not reply within an hour, someone will come. Well, we didn’t and we think that someone did come without our consent.

Property is in a good location, within easy reach of some lovely restaurants & bars. It’s nicely furnished & clean throughout. Good communication & instructions from the owner.

There was a noticeable smell of bad drains in one of the bathrooms and another couple of mugs would be useful (there are only 2)

La ubicación

Un baño no lo usamos debido a su olor a cañería, muy desagradable. La cocina no tenía ningún tenedor, cuchillo o cuchara y los baños no tenían gel de ducha.

La déco chaleureuse, la taille et la proximité des rues piétonnes du quartier juif en font une adresse à recommander.

Les parties communes et l'ascenseur ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing de l'appart.

Posizione ottima, centro città a due passi da tutte le attrazioni principali, ben collegata. Appartamento piacevole e silenzioso

La stanza non era stata pulita, abbiamo trovato bottiglie vuote accanto al letto e 2cm di polvere sui comodini e tanta polvere accumulata sulle testiere del letto. Solo due rotoli di carta igienica per 4 persone x 3 gg, abbiamo dovuto acquistarla. Peccato perché l ambiente era molto accogliente e piacevole.
