The main bathroom drains were a bit smelly. The bed sheets were a little small for the bed and it would have been nice to have had more than one pillow each.

The location is great - just in the jewish quarter. The host was very responsive.

Location of the apartment is ok - not very far from train station, from Danube and also city centre. Below the apartment is bus stop and also Tesco (little dirty and smelly Tesco), but was useful.

Our stay at this apartment was disappointing, to say the least. To start, we were unpleasantly surprised by the old, rundown doors to the building. We received the entry code only after arriving at the door, which was frustrating. The state of the building itself was shocking. There were two ways to access the apartment: either by an old elevator that felt like it could break down at any moment or by a staircase that seemed unsafe, especially at night, and was noticeably dirty. The main door to the apartment was not secure—it was just a flimsy plastic door with a glass panel and a metal grille that couldn’t even be locked. Upon entering the apartment, we were greeted by dirty, smudged walls and an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom was left in a dreadful state after cleaning, with a dirty mop and bucket left behind, and a filthy, wet mat in the shower. There was no coffee maker, despite the presence of coffee capsules. The TV was unusable because the cable box was hanging off, making it impossible to control remotely as it couldn’t receive the signal from the remote. While the apartment had blinds, the ones in the living room didn’t work with the remote control, leaving them useless. The closets in the hallway and the bedroom with the bathtub were filled with the owner’s personal belongings, which were carelessly thrown around. The glasses and other kitchen items were sticky and dirty. The floor was so filthy that after a few steps in our socks, they were black, so we resorted to wearing slippers inside. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment, especially at this price. We will never return.

The flat was exactly as the pictures. It was fabulous and stylish, the bed was really comfortable and super central. Everything was walking distance and literally 5 minutes from the Tube or Tram.
