BpR Étienne Charming Apartment

The apartment was a perfect size and space for me and my teenaged son. Very clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and great showers, it was also in a perfect location for seeing the amazing sights of Budapest (including a short walk/stumble from the Ruin Bars!)

Spacious, modern apartment at a great location. We loved it!

We got an email with a PIN code but had to phone to find out what to do next. Perhaps in the email they should add that you need to go back into booking.com to get additional information on getting the keys. The owners were very helpful and explained what to do. Overall the apartment was perfect 😍

The flat was OK, good location.

Stressful communication with the owner/company, their software allows online checkin only from one email address, which they never explained, the codes to the door and the keys were not provided till our actual arrival, after repeated telephone calls, they did not answer other calls, gave no guidance about luggage storage, contrary to the site they do not allow any flexibility at checkout, even thought wearied many hours later than their arrival time, the flat was only partially equipped - we had to buy table napkins, kitchen towels, toilet paper, and there were no saucepan tops.

I was travelling with a friend and we really appreciated the apartment. The size and the design were exactly as shown in the pictures. The quality of cleaning was great! The host was in touch all the time even late in the evening. There was a complimentary bottle of wine too. We don't drink but it was a nice move to see from the host. We would like to mention a couple of things to pay attantion to tho. As ladies we both were missing a small rubbish bin in the bathroom for cotton pads and stuff like that. Maybe an additional roll of toilet paper would be nice to have as well. Also my friend who slept in the bedroom with a yard view said that it was too loud when other people were passing by and closing doors. Perhaps that room needs a bit of better sound isolation. Another bedroom with a window view was perfcet! I am a very sensitive sleeper and noises from ther street didn't disturb me at all. Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment and all the amentities that it had. We would stay again for sure! Kind regards, Anna

The apartment was clean, spacious and the location was great.The bathroom was good as was the kitchen area and both bedrooms. Also the apartment is very safe and secure.

The tv did not work.I believe it was a known issue already.When we contacted the host they did nothing to help us other than say the tv needed replacing.We didn't come to Budapest to watch tv but it's nice to have that option late evening when winding down.The sofa was also extremely uncomfortable too!
