I have so much to say. This stay was a birthday present to my mom , and it was supposed to be fun, chill and easy. When we arrived I was immediately discused and dissapointed. Nothing in the room was clean, bed was broken, TV was nowhere to be found - just big hole in the wall, there were bugs everywhere and the smell from toilet - awfull. Spider web was there like nobody has been there in years. No any kind od ventilation so smell was getting worse by time, we needed to buy air freshener and for 2 days of stay, we bought and used 2 of them. The toilet was always wet, even when it wasn’t used. Since bed was broken, me and my mom had to sleep on the floor, we put the mattress there. What a birthday present. I contacted the property right when we arrived and I haven’t got the answer until now - it has passed 3 days. They refused to communicate, and help - and it is only their fault that they put us in this situation. All of description on Booking is false and nothing in reality is like that. This was my worst experience in my life with booking and with this property. No one of them understood how bad this situation was and none of them took responsability and accountability and no help was provided. My honest advise - stay away from this property, and any other will be better.

Blízko centra😃

Vchod do apartmánu strašidelný,bez osvětlení .Chybělo vybavení kuchyně,po upozornění dodáno.Do sprchy se musel překročit záchod,( hodně maličká koupelna).Foto: vchod, koupelna,náhled z okna.

Blízkost do centra a k metru.

Švábi po celém bytě (v koupelně, na kuchyňské lince i na posteli.). Kohoutek v koupelně je hodně zrezlý a teče z něj pouze studená voda. Totálně zrezlá pračka, která nejde ani zavřít. (Nepoužili jsme, ale dost pochybuji, že je vůbec funkční). Malá (úzká) postel a rozvrzaná pohovka, kam se člověk bojí si i jen sednout. Další pokoj je hned za pokojovými dveřmi, takže od sousedů je slyšet každé slovo i kroky.

Posizione comoda. Letto veramente comodo e buona pulizia.

Bagno molto piccolo anche se funzionale.

Just the location.

The smell. The mold in the bathroom. No ventillation. Old door that seem like anyone could kick it and come in. The sheets seemed not really clean. The host wasn’t really forthcoming when we asked if we could check in a bit earlier.
