Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the accommodation I recently booked through your platform. The property that was shown on your website was completely different from the one I was given upon arrival. The actual house was of much lower quality and did not match the photos or description provided on Booking.com. I informed the host via WhatsApp that the house I received was not the one shown in the listing. However, the host claimed that “House No. 1” was registered under my name and refused to properly answer my questions or provide a reasonable explanation. Additionally, some basic amenities were not provided. For example, I requested a Tefal kettle for making tea, but it was not available. This made my stay uncomfortable and far below the expected standard. I am very disappointed that my experience in Hungary began this way, despite the city being very beautiful and worth visiting. I kindly request that Booking.com investigate this issue and take appropriate action regarding the property and host involved. I would also appreciate information on whether I am eligible for a partial refund or compensation due to the misleading listing and poor service. Thank you for your attention and assistance. Нормальна кімната за свої гроші. Рекомендую для тих, кому потрібно десь зупинитися на ніч-дві. Дуже хороше розташування
