Roland Apartment Downtown - Keleti

The location was very good, near the train station, near the Arena Mall, near Puskas Arena, and 30 minutes walk from the center.

It was dirty, there were dirty clothes left in the hallway at the entrance to the room, the walls were cracked, there was a lot of dust on the windows, and the entire room gave off a feeling of dirtiness and discomfort. I do not recommend it for stays longer than one night.

So Bad

At first they didn't answer, they didn't answer the phone, after we wrote a complaint they wrote a message but they wrote the wrong box and code where we would get the key, we were at the door at half past one at night, then we wrote a message again and they wrote the correct key box and code. At that time the children were crying a lot at midnight. The house was very dirty and there were bugs everywhere, there were no mosquito nets on the windows and it was very hot inside, the TV was broken, we couldn't sleep well at night, it was the worst place and service we've ever stayed at on booking, my score is zero, I think this house should be removed from the booking application and other people shouldn't be in a difficult situation. It's a place that doesn't deserve 5 euros and we are complaining and demand our money back.

Nothing likeable. I was happy to leave this mess.

The apartment was dirty. The sheets were not changed, the floor was not cleaned, even the bathroom floor looked like someone just walked through it in street shoes. Also the bathroom smells like mold. I am pretty sure someone slept in that bed before my arrival - image attached, it was waiting for me like that all messed up. The chair next to the bed is amazingly dirty. Even the window sill was dirty. When I asked the host through the Booking chat if the sheets were changed before my arrival, he just ignored me completely. Also contacted Booking Customer Service via chat, and they are ignoring me as well. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Owner cancelled our stay without any reason and don’t want to return money

We arrive at 16:30pm but I can see they just started to do the cleaning few minutes ago. Though the check in time was at 14:00. We couldn’t enter the room and have to leave and wait outside for half an hour. That was so inconvenient and uncomfortable! The room is not really clean, we can see the smudges on the bedsheet. The tablecloth is so old and dirty. The main door of the apartment is old and makes loud noise every time someone come in or out, we couldn’t sleep at night.
