Modern & Newly built apartment with private garage

The apartment is great. Everything is new and well maintained. The communication with the owner was easy. The location is perfect for any type of travel.

I have booked the apartment because it was advertised with a garage in the building. I was travelling by car and this was a must. On the check in date I was informed by the owner that there is a construction work going on the street and the entrance to the garage is not possible. My concern is that the construction started before the booking date and while booking I send a message saying I need a parking. I was kindly redirected by the owner to a nearby paid parking which costed me additional 45 EUR for the length of my stay.

Apartment is new, clean and well maintained. Location is superb. Two metro stations and main public transport station is in 200m. It is quiet and the trafic is low. Building is very secure.

Only negative during our stay was some public maintenance on the street were apartment is located. It was minor nuisance. (We were warned by the host that the maintenance is happening). When that is done apartment will be 10/10.

The location, you have everything you need for a short stay, it was cozy and clean, you have all the dishes, soap, dishwasher, towels

Pillows are worn out and the sofa in living room is not so comfortable

The apartment is located at the newly built building complex, close to the center of the city. It is very comfortable, has a garage (which was very important to us), it is easy accessible. The host was very responsive and replied to all of our inquirements, right away.

The property lacks some of the items that would be really useful for the people staying for the longer periods of time, such as coffee table, more cooking pots and kitchen devices as well as some basic toiletries. An iron would also be helpful.

The location was very clean, near the center and restaurants, banks, malls, very comfy and had all the things we needed in the apartament.

Everything was perfect. Location it is close to the main attractions. There is a hub for transport near the appartment (subway, bus, tram). Lidl is nearby and the parking place is wonderful. The area is safe and the appartment is clean.I recommend !
