Modern & Newly built apartment with private garage

very clean and good location :)

despite the indication of the parking space, our car was covered with stickers stating that we cannot park there - no entry card to the "private garage" - we were offered a refund for parking but they did not take into account that the nearby parking meters only accept coins - it is impossible to pay using the app or card :(

The apartment has some beautiful touches and is nicely made. It also has an underground parking which was nice for our car, instead of leaving it in the street. But that’s it.

There was a problem with the bathroom sink and we couldn’t use it and that was very uncomfortable for us. We had to use the sink in the kitchen. The air in the apartment was very wet and if you have respiratory issues it is very difficult to breathe. We all woke up with a sore throat and coughing.

The location is great. Lots of things available nearby by walking, and the public transport (all kinds) is really close. We have 2 small kids so this was really good for us. The rooms were spacious and clean, balcony was a plus for leaving the stroller and bike there. We requested a crib, the baby enjoyed it and the high chair for the baby was very thoughtful. Easy to find apartment, and the garage place is really big.

I would have love to have some paper towels in the kitchen (but it's just a minor thing)

Nice appartment in a new building, quiet and very comfortable, clean, with all necessary facilities. Very good communication with the host. Free underground parking, very wide parking spot easy to manover. Close to all important places to visit in the city. Good connections with public transport.

The instructions for entering the garage should be more precise. There are two garages in the building. The left one belongs to the apartment which wasn't clearly shown in the instruction neither the video. The RFID card to the garage opens both. It was a litle bit confusing.

the kitchen is small and for example there is little space to open the refrigerator.
