Lokalizacja apartamentu rewelacyjna – wszędzie blisko, lepiej trafić się nie da! 🌟 Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, co bardzo ułatwia pobyt. Kontakt z obsługą szybki i bezproblemowy – naprawdę super!

Telewizor niestety nie działał, a klimatyzacji brakowało, co w upalne dni było sporym minusem. Ściany i stropy dość cienkie – choć to stare budownictwo, więc można się było tego spodziewać. Największym problemem okazało się jednak bardzo skrzypiące łóżko, które budziło przy każdym obróceniu się na bok.

The location, the staff, the size of the apartment, being able to make ourselves food etc.

The fact we only had like three/four towels in total.

L’emplacement était super, l’appartement était grand et spacieux, nous avons passé un super week-end.

L’isolation : on entendait les voisins quand ils parlaient.

Cosy and quiet in the middle of Budapest.

I booked Apartment 5, as the reviews and pictures looked great on the booking.com website. However, our experience of the apartment was less than average.  We experienced the following:  * Curtains that would not fully cover the windows, which were wripped * A bedside fan that was missing the plastic covering over the front * Above the toilet was a shelf, which contained pipes for the toilet and was covered with plastic sheeting, which was also wripped * In the shower there were holes in the tiles where the showerhead was, which hadn't been filled in and the heads looked like they hadn't been cleaned (for a while) * We are technologically aware, and we could not get the television to work or to connect it to our phones. When contacting hostaid, they replied the following day, asking for us to use both remotes.  * There were cables hanging from one of the walls next to the sofa where the TV must have been moved from  * The pipework as you come in the front door is an eye-saw and could be covered * The bathroom flooring is coming up, where it has gotten wet, and the step into the front door has also come loose. * We were respectful and were extremely quiet throughout our time in the apartment. However, were woken up by others in the building, banging on doors early in the morning and shouting. * I dropped an earring and therefore needed to move the sofa, and it was evident that it hadn't been cleaned underneath for a while

The host was very responsive and helpful. Instructions were clear, simple and easy to follow. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and located in the center. Everything was easily accessible. WiFi was fast, I was able to make work calls with no connection issues. I definitely recommend and will be staying again if I go to Budapest.

I have not found anything that I did not like in terms of the things I value.
