CHECK OUT IS 10.00 AM Please note, the key is special, it can’t be duplicated. If you lose the keys, the fine is 50 EUR. SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBBITED If you break the rule, the fine is 200 EUR. Please note: the smoking allowed only outside of the building. NOISE NUISANCE Please be quiet! From 10pm to 8am the neighbors would like to sleep, please accept their right to relax. If you break this house rule and the police attend, it might result up to 600 EUR penalty. CLEANING There is only one, end-cleaning included in the reservation fee. If you would like daily cleaning, you can order it 24 hours in advance. SECURITY We recommend that you always keep the door locked, we can’t take any responsibility for your belongings. If you go out, should be with you your passport and money. LATE CHECK-IN If the guest would like to check-in after 10pm an additional fee of 10 EUR have to be paid at the spot upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
