SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBBITED If you break the rule, the fine is 200 EUR. Please note: the smoking allowed only outside of the building. NOISE NUISANCE Please be quiet! From 10pm to 8am the neighbors would like to sleep, please accept their right to relax. If you break this house rule and the police attend, it might result up to 600 EUR penalty. CLEANING There is only one, end-cleaning included in the reservation fee. If you would like daily cleaning, you can order it 24 hours in advance. SECURITY We recommend that you always keep the door locked, we can’t take any responsibility for your belongings. If you go out, should be with you your passport and money. LATE CHECK-IN If the guest would like to check-in after 10pm an additional fee of 10 EUR have to be paid at the spot upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. The location is perfect! Near lots of sights Also near to the M1 train line which can get you to city park in 10mins for about 70p

Can hear the neighbours with thi walls HOWEVER, can't hear them when you're in the bedroom so it's not an issue really

"Great, roomy and cozy place to stay for a tourist visit of Budapest."

Apartment is in great location, but still quiet and comfy. With great kitchen and enough space for things. Host was really helpful and we left Budapest really satisfied with our stay and accommodation.

"Excellent but with a single flaw"

Excellent location - right by Vaci street and just a few steps away from Vorosmarty square. The flat itself was very spacious and was equipped in all necessities. A member of the staff was waiting for us to give us the keys and tell us most of what we needed to now.

The following is a direct quote from the check out email: Please share your experiences with the others, review our apartment, but do not forget, before you booked you could collect a wide range of information about the apartment, so please do not complain about amenities which are not listed. End of quote... this seems like an interesting approach. What is not listed is that the apartment has absolutely terrible acoustics and paper-thin walls, the neighbours were pretty loud and it made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. If, like us, you need silence to fall asleep - I strongly suggest you look for a different place.

Fantastic location and quick communication with the host. Apartment was large in size with great amenities, and the shower was amazing!

very little sound-proofing - could hear the neighbours next door (loud late at night) and smell cigarette smoke inside from the other neighbour.
