Little Americas Downtown Studios

The location was great. It was so well equiped and nicely decorated and it felt like home. The apartment looked new. It was easy to get to everywhere from the apartment.

Its hard to think of something. The apartment is as they say it is and they are quick to communicate.

Small studio but definitely big enough for a couple who will be spending most of the time exploring the city. Fantastic location. The shower hose split on day 2 but it was fixed immediately and staff were friendly when we contacted them. We were grateful there was an umbrella there for us to use too!

They arranged everything is a planned way, no surprise for quest, everything goes how they promised, very clean and comfortable. Location is very well in the middle of the center and close everywhere and punlic transportation.

I liked everything

Convenient location, half floor above ground. Easy to find and move in. The building is at a commercial walking street, but the room is quiet. Great for solo or couple. Efficient flat with all in one room, Including a small kitchen and a private bathroom.

The towel smells, probably need to replace

Very good location, public transport is fantastic.

Place was not clean, there is no storage for clothing, no place to sit just the bed or crappy bar stools, fridge was leaking, no working TV upon arrival (they fixed it later), bathroom door was hard to close, sometimes impossible, no paper towels or stuff to do dishes, no extra garbage bags, we have to buy cleaning supplies to make the space useable. The entrance door could not be opened all the way because it bumped into the bed. You could literally fall into bed from the front door.

Be careful, host can change the address of the apartment before arrival i received more than 10 mails from host with rules which are in the apartment and tips how to spend time in the city. in was annoying but no request about my privat data. when i arrived and found apartment i couldn't enter so i called to host. they said to send them photos of passports via email and only after that they will send me a guide how to get inside. why they couldn't ask in advance that is a bib question.. after that we realized host changed the address of the apartment. (it was near next street) the apartment is literaly airless, there is only one window facing to interior space of the house - no light and air

The location is amazing

The only thing I would change is that the flat is for two, but there’s just one wine glass or a cup
