The apartment is really clean, confortable bed and a lot of pillows, it has ac which was great to have. The location is really center, every place is walkable from there. It has iron, and nice covers. And Viki was the nicest, making sure we got there ok, and everything was in order. Definitely a great place to stay

Really lovely apartment. Great communication with the host. Easy check in and everything needed was in the apartment already. 10 minute walk from the bus stop that goes to and from the airport.

Bathroom door didn’t close well

Location is great and the place is really comfortable

Only problem was the wifi was not working really well and that the bathroom door is really had to close. But minor details as the rest was great

The apartment hotel we took was bad. We did not receive proper instructions regarding the address, nor did we receive an explanation of where we were from receiving the keys to the room. Only after I asked by email did I receive an answer. It took me a long time to find the place. And I asked customer service to call me, they refused. There was no hot water in the room. And I asked for new towels and they didn't want to give me one. I think we deserve compensation for the heartache caused to us by the hotel due to poor service and very low level haters.
