Lenjerie veche, urâtă, masa sufragerie defectă, blat baie umflat de la umezeală, retinerea garanției pentru o săptămână, am incasat mai putini bani decat am platit fara nici o explicație.

"Worst apartment"

Nothing to say.

the dirty shit water from the toilet (wc) overflowing to the living room and it’s started to smell all the night., we can’t stay over there with shit water. Also AC was not working and we all slept in one bed room on floors. electricity turned off , used cotton buds, dirty beds , bed bugs , broken cot in the living room, unwashed pillow covers, bad pillows. It’s completely un hygienic and unsafe to stay with this kind hazardous smell . The owner not responding and completely not bothered about the situation and not shown any interest to take any steps. Property owner is so rude and liar. Broken toilet and As a customer, we felt this apartment is not fit for living., we came for vacation ., must have a comfortable stay as we have paid. The reason given by the owner is matured less and un professional. Bad attitude.

"Kunde varit mycket högre, om kontakt med värd var smidigare!"

Stället låg centralt och hade rätt så bra lokaler. Boplatsen hade bra AC och bra med sovrum och sängplatser.

Saknades en del simpla saker i hemmet, framför allt i köket. Värden kunde haft aningen bättre kontakt!

A lot of bedbugs came out of the bed and we had to leave the hotel. We woke up in the middle of the night with bites. It was a nightmare. When I reported it, they did nothing.‼️🪳🪳🪳
