It is an excellent location to visit the city of Budapest. A very good price-quality ratio, you can find parking and it is very easy to get to. We stayed four families (8 people) and we felt very good.

A 200 Euro deposit is retained, but if you don't cause any damage, I don't think it would be a problem.

The property is in a great location, and the street is very vibrant. The apartment was relatively clean, and its condition was consistent with what we saw in the photos. It is a good budget-friendly option.

Communication with the staff is very poor – responses are vague and take a long time. The biggest issue is receiving only one key with a gate fob; without it, there is no other way to enter, making it impossible for the group to split up (especially frustrating since a fob costs only 1-2 Euro). The apartment is also quite worn out. It is an absolute scandal that the property tries to collect a 200 Euro deposit 2 weeks before arrival (the industry standard is 1-2 days). Furthermore, I pointed out that the English version of the listing does not mention such an early deposit requirement, but the management didn't even bother to check or correct the discrepancy. Unfortunately, I had to edit my review. The property returned my deposit minus a €6 currency conversion fee. Charging the customer for transaction costs is a scandalous practice that is banned in the European Union.
