The location is amazing.

The area may feel unsafe. The building is in bad shape, and so is the apartment. Linens look old and used; it is hard to tell if they were clean in fact. Supplies were limited (there was only two toilet papers even while there were 3 bathrooms)

Nothing just location

It is not clean. It is dirty.

The apparemment was dirty and the bed linens clearly had not been changed. But our host was probably the worst part. One morning, a couple of people from the water company showed up unannounced. We called the host to ask what this was about and why we weren't warned. We were about to leave and we were wondering if and how long we should stay, given that we had no idea who these people were. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the host tried to lie and said that the water company is just like that in Budapest - they show up unannounced. The fact that he way yelling did not help. Then, he hang up on us. The people from the water company, although they did not speak much English, were at least much more friendly and handled the situation much better than our host.

The property was beautiful. Well maintained. Very clean. Only minor wear and tear.

Not in the best neighborhood. Right by a loud restaurant that stays open late so hard to fall asleep. A fan or something loud in the bedroom would help. Also the €200 deposit should be gone. It shouldn’t take 7 days to refund anything. This would be the main reason I wouldn’t rent this apartment again. That’s way too much money to put down and spend a week getting back.

It suited us perfectly! We were a big group of friends and it was great location and beds for everyone - and cheap! What else to hope for?

Too early check out. And the safety deposit return of more than a week felt a bit long

Arrangements to get in were poor Can sleep up to 12 people but there was barely enough space for 6. Everything was grey and uninspiring The linens were grey, un-ironed and some were dirty The rooms were cramped with hardly any room to get in/out of bed One shower room was useless and gave you an unintentional shower. The sofas and beds were very uncomfortable A small drop leaf table in front of the door so you couldn’t use it. If you moved it, it would take up all the sitting room space. Two flimsy stools that you couldn’t sit on. One tiny coffee maker with no filter so we were drinking coffee grounds Was charged €200 security deposit but only got €185 back. When I challenged the owner he said that was all he had
