TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My friends and I stayed at this apartment for one night — from the evening of April 4th to the morning of April 5th. We paid €72 for the night and left a €200 security deposit. The apartment was already in poor condition when we arrived, but we were extremely careful and left everything exactly as it was. After we checked out, the host falsely accused us of breaking a cabinet door and sent “before and after” photos, which clearly do not prove any damage caused by us. This feels like a premeditated attempt to keep our deposit. After reading more reviews, it seems we’re not the first guests to face this kind of scam. What’s even more upsetting is that Booking.com support couldn’t help us. They simply sided with the host and ignored our evidence. It’s incredibly frustrating to realize that even when you follow all the rules, you can still be taken advantage of — and the platform does nothing to protect you. I’m deeply upset and disappointed. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. This experience completely ruined my trust in Booking.com’s ability to support honest travelers.

Nice location. Big apartment.

The apartment itself has a lot of irregularities. There is a lot of broken furniture. The TV is not working. There weren`t enough towels. Cleanliness was not at a good level. The furniture was uncomfortable and damaged. At first I left a decent review, but after their attempt to scam me with my deposit back, I decided to be objective. They try to lie about things being broken in order to keep the deposit. I felt very offended. I've also noticed in other reviews that they've tried to do that. I really hope this will be stopped. I talked to Booking Help center and they were realy concernd. I warn you to be careful with this place. For the price, the apartment is good, but this scam with the deposit isn`t fair.

Amazing location and beautiful apartment

Unfortunately, I must share very negative experiences related to my stay in a rented apartment. Right from the start, there were unpleasant surprises that ruined the entire atmosphere of the trip. Firstly, the photos that the owner posted in the listing had nothing to do with the actual apartment we received. I felt deceived because I rented a place that looked completely different from the pictures. It turned out that the number of beds was also incorrect, which added to the discomfort. Another issue was the dining area, which turned out to be just a folding table set up in the doorway, without any chairs. What was supposed to be a pleasant meal became a struggle, as there was no way to sit and eat comfortably. However, the worst part was the shower. Installed practically above the toilet, without a cabin, made it nearly impossible to use – the entire bathroom was flooded with water, which was not only unpleasant but also dangerous. Additionally, I noticed many damaged items, which only compounded my disappointment. Instead of admitting mistakes and taking responsibility for the state of the apartment, the owner claimed it was the fault of the booking platform. This attitude was very frustrating for me, as I expected at least a bit of understanding and willingness to resolve the issues. In summary, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It definitely did not meet the standards presented in the listing, and the lack of professionalism on the part of the owner only worsened the situation. My expectations were significantly disappointed, and the entire situation was a huge letdown for me.
