The location was great, a lot of shops nearby, public transport stations right in front of the building. The host Viki was realy helpful

The apartment was not clean, there were spider webs, dust...

Excellent location! (tram, metro lines) The accommodation covered all of our needs. The hosts were extremely helpful and always had great communication with them! I will definitely stay with them again. Hopefully soon.

The stove tops in the kitchen were not working and they gave only one spare cooking heater, which was time consuming. I texted them about this they just ignored that message and replying about other things. That's giving 7 star otherwise I would have given 10 star

Perfect location, right in the centre of the city with great access to public transport. Comfortable and quiet room with all the amenities we could possibly need.

There was a lack of communication on arrival which lead to us checking in 2 hours late despite calling and emailing the host numerous times. However, the host was incredibly apologetic and made a huge effort to rectify this issue. This was greatly appreciated. The shower did not drain properly which lead to the bathroom flooding, we used many towels to mop this up. Not a huge issue but it could definitely be looked into.

Our apartment, Little Broadway, was on the 4th floor of a classical Budapest house with a well yard. It is fashioned as an old-style, the floor is parquet, and the ceilings are about 5 m high. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

The sewage in the shower smelled pretty bad for couple of days, but later the smell disappeared. There is a safe in the closet room, which, apparently, cannot be used by guests. Otherwise, instructions would be helpful.

Could maybe do with a few extra things in the kitchen like tea towels etc but had everything else we needed 😊
