I waited until 3 PM for the host to have the apartment ready and to send me directions and when we arrived in the apartment it seemed that the cleaning was done superficial. The bathroom cabin was dirty with lot of spots, the bathroom radiator was covered in dust. The refrigerator door handle had food stains, and there were thick layers of dust on the furniture and in the corners of the rooms. We requested that someone clean the apartment because we cannot stay in such conditions with a small child. The cleaning lady came, and we waited around 2hours for her to finish so we can unpack our luggage. After running the air conditioner for six hours, I noticed that it wasn't cooling the room—it was only circulating air. After spending a night in the room at 30 degrees Celsius, I asked them to fix the air conditioner or provide me another apartment with functional AC. The next day, while I was out, they told me the AC issue had been resolved. However, when I returned to the apartment, I found they had lied. The remote control was in the same place I had left it, and the room temperature was still at 29 degrees, just as it was when I left. After one night, I checked out and moved to another hotel because the conditions were unbearable. This is the first time when I have to cancel my stay at a hotel after one night.

Address was not accurate and we had to call to receive the check in details but after that it was oerfect.

Nice places to stay, Metro and Tram Stations are Not far away. IT was quiet and Central perfect to visit the City, espscially with kids

It was good overall, the location is very good but the bathroom had a terrible smell

The apartment was right next to the tram station.It was easy to find, with everything that you need for your stay.
