Deluxe Kazincy Apartment in the Heart of Budapest

Very responsive owner. We booked last minute and the owner replied us very fast to help us check in. Apartment is clean and great for the value. This apartment is on one of the most famous nightlife street (only a few minutes to the famous ruin pubs) and right in the centre of restaurants/shops/bars. Even just walking around the area is super fun. Highly recommend for friends travelling together, but could be a bit loud for families.

Could be a little loud on Thursday and Friday night because of the bars if you are sensitive sleepers. Would be nice to have ear plugs.

Great location, large rooms, fully equipped

The street is noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. The contact person was rude, unhelpful, and uninterested in assisting us. The bed was uncomfortable. We've visited Budapest multiple times there are much better options available in the city.

The location was great The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We left our luggage before the check in time and also at check out. Bryan was friendly and communicative

Very good location, good restaurants nearby and a minimarket at walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped, two bathrooms were a plus since we travelled with kids. Every room had own air conditioning unit, this is useful when very cold/hot outside. Host was very kind and available to support, we would return anytime with pleasure.

We liked everything, but just a small suggestion: soundproof could be improved, the apartment is located across the street from a bar.

- Excellent location. The apartment is located in the centre and you can walk to almost everything. The Astoria metro stop is 5 minutes away, as is the tram stop, etc. - Spacious flat. If you go with a large group you won't be crowded. - New bathrooms. - Good mattresses. - You can write or call the person who runs the flat at booking (Bryan), and he will answer any time. - The door to the flat and the entrance to the building are coded, so you don't have to carry keys, which is advantageous. - The two main rooms have a great smart TV where you can watch any platform, if you have an account. - We didn't use the kitchen so we can't say nothing about it. - The air conditioners work well, and make the house reach an ideal temperature. - Bryan was in charge of arranging a private transfer service from the airport to home and from home to the airport for a good price. This service has been great. The driver, Istban, picked us up and took us wonderfully and was always on time.

- The apartment is on the ground floor of a street where people go out to party, and you can hear people talking, music, passing cars, etc. - It is a very minimalist apartment, it has the necessary furniture and nothing more, at first it feels unwelcoming. - The ceilings, being so high, have cobwebs. - The sheets had hair on them and gave the impression that they had not been changed. - The bedspreads smelled of tobacco. - The batteries in the air conditioning controls are about to run out. - A blind in a main room is broken. - A shower in a bathroom does not filter well. - Some extra towels, please. - There is a room that does not have air conditioner and is freezing. There is heating with radiators, but we did not know how to turn it on.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, with 2 spacious bathrooms. Very good location for those who want to be in the very pulsing part of Budapest and love nightlife. Those who seek quiet stay should consider another location
