Deluxe Kazincy Apartment in the Heart of Budapest

I really like this apartment. It's so comfortable, clean and modern. Although I didn't meet the apartment's host , she helped us anytime we needed. Good device😀 I want to say thanks for her kind helps

Location is prime , apartment is spacious and good for a combined family stay.

Not much vessels to prepare something and eat. Some kind of a smell ( may be due to lack of ventilation) but after sometime entering the apartment we didn’t feel it again.

It is very very clean, has all the things needed. Location is perfect, we went during working days so there was no noise in the night, but the bars are in that street and all the good-rated restaurants are there. The heating was great, so warm and also has air-conditions in every room if it is not warm enough. Communication with the host was ok. We would recommend it absolutely.

They don't have TV channels, only Netflix and YouTube. There are no hooks in bathrooms for towels. They didn't put in baby cot, so we had to ask for it again. There is mold in the room with washing maschine and iron, so you can smell it through the apartment. Also, there is no parking in front, so you must be very quick to take out the luggage. And check-in was after 3pm, they even asked us to come later, after 4pm, but we came earlier and it was clean. Also asked us to leave latest at 10am, which is not fair, considering the late check-in.

Apartment is awesome 👏 staff is friendly and the owner of the property is so accommodating even we didn’t meet them personally but they assure that we arrive safe and sound. And even requesting for late checked out they will approve it instantly. Highly recommended this Apartment

The apartment was nice and clean.We enjoyed our stay and everything was just fine. How can you ask about your staff when we did not meet them? Anyhow we liked the place. The only problem with this sort of bookings is the arrival and entering the apartment. We had the same problem in other apartments as well. You do not have to employ adults for such a job. You can use young bell boys who can help you with the keys to enter and help with the luggage. Many young boys from nearby homes can get some tips helping elderly people to climb the stairs and find their way to the elevator if you have one.Besides they can give the tourists some information about restaurants, transportation or where to park your car with a reasonable price. If they will have the FB and what's up addresses of the tourists, they will have the exact time of their arrivals. Problem solved.ha.ha.

Air conditioning was excellent. Beds were comfy. Location was excellent

The laundry room was damp.

Great location within central Budapest. Walking distance to sites, nightlife, restaurants, and public transportation.

Bed mattresses were uncomfortable. One bedroom window was missing shutter and did not provide adequate privacy or noise reduction from the nightlife outside — exposing children to public view. Acoustics in dining area could use some improvement. Lack of trash bags in kitchen for cleaning up messes. Bathroom with dual sink, faucet was slightly broken. Mold growing within storage area with washing machine. No warning that apartment was on Level 0 prior to booking — drunk people banged on shutters in middle of the night. Minor improvements could make apartment even better.
