King93 Apartment In Central Budapest.

Very central and had all the amenities, very tidy space

The downstairs doesn’t stay heated as well as the upstairs bedroom, the downstairs heating wasn’t the best as it was quite cold to sit during the day

The location was perfect! 20 min walk from the city center. The location had everything mini market, cafe etc.

The room was dirty. The cushions of the couch were dirty. There was a blanket on the couch which was dirty. On the bed the sheets were dirty too. The manager of the apartment send us a message on which he/she demanded to clean the apartment and throw the rubbish. Also he/she told us that whatever happens to the apartment we have to pay for it. We didn't like at all except of the location.

The location is the best thing about this property - it is less than 5 miuntes walk from Oktogon, and thera are plenty of amenities nearby (shops, bars. restaurants in Kiraly street). The building seems very safe and quiet, and the apartment is actually very spatious, there is enough headroom even on the upper gallery bedroom. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equiped. This is a very convenient place for a couple or a smaller group of friends if they want to explore Budapest.

The bathroom could use some updating, but it is generally nice. There is a bathtub instead of a shower which is something not to everyone's taste. The heating in the apartment is good, but it can get rather hot in the upper gallery after a while. The place needs more background lighting, there is only one lamp. The stairs to upper galery are a bit of a challenge for some.

Close to city center. Clean, us were 4 people and bed and sofa were comfortable for sleeping. Good price, calm place, so i would recommend to stop there.

Totally misleading. We found this room while searching for the price on booking. They added a cleaning fee while taking payment. Why was the total price not announced to me in advance until the dates I chose? The payment was received secretly at the time of payment. I want your money back immediately !!!!

The property was in a fantastic location, close the centre and to public transport and made getting around easy and cheap. It was very clean, comfortable and was in a safe location.

The oven didn’t work or we couldn’t get it to work. We just used the hob which was fine.
