King93 Apartment In Central Budapest.

The location was very convenient. Everything is close, within walking distance. Self check in is a good idea, but I didn't notice on time that there will be no one expecting me, so it didn't go all that smooth, since I didn't have internet connection.

The apartment was lacking attention to detail. Like there were matches but nothing to turn them on. Basic but not really cozy.

It was well placed and at a distance, very aesthetically pleasing

The apartment was not very clean. For example, we found a used contact lens on the back of the sofa, there was an odd smell when we arrived and the bath did not look clean. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom felt very unsafe, we were not comfortable using them. in particular one step was very wobbly and the hand rail did not feel very secure. We were not given any information about the hot water facilities, we established that after one person used the shower/bathroom facilities, there was then not enough hot water left for the other to use and no indication of what we needed to do or how long we needed to wait for the hot water to be available again. the sink in the bathroom was blocked, we were using the kitchen sink to brush our teeth as the bathroom sink would not drain. There was a tv but this did not turn on, as this was advertised in the facilities we feel it should have worked. There were no instructions on how to use the heating/air con. We found the apartment was consistently cold, we tried to turn on the heating but this didn’t appear to make a difference.

The apartment was nice and comfy with great atmosphere. The location is great, it’s close to a metro station and you can go to many places on foot. The building looks safe. Overall, I would recommend it.

There was only a small pot in the kitchen so cooking some bigger meal was impossible. The temperature regulation was complicated, there was quite warm in the sleeping area.

- The "stairs" for the loft are actually a glorified ladder, interesting to get up, hard to get down - Isn't suitable for people with bad knees or difficulty walking up a ladder. - Bad upstairs is not comfortable - The sheets are uncomfortable and bad quality, as does the blankit and pillows. - It was impossible to sleep on the couch at the main level, as is has pillars that dig in your back. - The apartment is warm in the night without a way to turn it off, which is nice. HOWEVER, it's horrible at the loft, SO hot. - I mistakenly booked the apartment for 4 people, and there's NOOO WAY more than two adults can stay there. - Only 2 mirrors.

Perfect location right near everything with loads of local bars and restaurants, but quiet at night and in a very secure location. The amenities were great and the bathroom and kitchen were perfect for 3 of us, the apartment was spotless when we arrived.
