Balzac Apartment

The apartment is ok, it is very close to the center also to a metro line if you want to go much faster. Is good for what you are paying. The neighborhood has convinced us that is safe here

Didn’t liked the old furniture and that the bad was making noises when you were moving from side to side, but other than that is pretty good

It’s a nice apartment, good location, pretty comfortable, the host was responsive. There was different kitchenware, hairdryer, soap and shower gel

It was fine for me, only thing it didn’t have an iron. Also during night the water heater is quite noisy, but it didn’t bother me much.

Good location

Apartment does not have 40 m2 as promised. Is very small, max 20m2. Bed was uncomfortable and making noice even during small movements. Pillows were dirty and uncomfortable Smelly garbage from the previous travelers. Broken window sunblinds. Most of the dishes were dirty. Boiler in the bathroom was too noisy.

The apartment was just like the pictures and description. The location is really good, close to public transport and supermarkets.

The bed made the loudest sounds with any moment.

The property was quite central with public transportation within 10min of reach. It’s a calm area, so perfect to get some good rest. The staff was friendly and immediately fixed the air conditioning that wasn’t working.

The bathroom had not really a good smell and there were red ants wandering around…

The balcony door doesn't have a key, so you can't lock it. The hallway windows are near the balcony, making it easy for anyone to jump into your room. The bathroom smells and is full of dust, with rusted amenities and strange noises. The host is awful and dismisses these issues as "small imperfections." PLEASE don't book this property, or you'll spoil your days.

Apartment is very quit altough it is directly in the city Also we were able to check in 30minutes earlier which helps us a lot It was nice to have a wasching machine in the apartment

Apartment could be a bit cleaner, we could not use the coffee machine as it was still dirty from the previous guests i guess Toilet paper was barely also could not find a second trash bag The batteries from remote of the air conditioner was empty one day before we leave and we could not change them as there was no batteries and also no screwdriver The bathtub is a bit small could be a problem for tall people
