BpR Golden Corner Suite with balcony & A/C

We are very disappointed with the accommodation. First of all, in the description of the apartment, it is written that there is a private parking lot within the accommodation, but there is none. Also, when we asked the apartment owners for help with parking, they directed us to a public parking lot and a public garage, which are really too expensive and not practical. In addition, the apartment felt musty and damp.

no towels- stayed for 3 days and only recieved 2 body towels and 2 hand towels !!! no hair towels whatsoever

Location is great. A few steps to the Christmas markets and shopping area. Quite safe around the area too. Owner was quick to reply, even messaged to ensure we arrived safely.

It was difficult to find the building in the evening. I suggest to have a picture of the building and door. We basically tried the code in the 2nd building to find out if if it's the right building. Also there were no lights outside the building and outside the apartment on our 1st day.

Note: the correct address number is "6" Big apartment with all the appliances, even washing machine. Really warm with no need to use the air condition.

Check in was at 15:00, I was outside the building at 14:00 with no instructions received and also not sure if I have the correct address. (property's app and booking had different addresses) Shampoo only for one use, we had to purchase for the next days.

Excellent location for the Christmas markets. Great communication. Everything we needed for a home from home for a few days. Brilliant place, our stay was clean and comfortable.
