BpR Golden Corner Suite with balcony & A/C

Furnished property, maintained well from inside.

We did not get code to get the keys until 4PM while we were waiting outside the property. No one had previously checked in and we were told that they cannot accommodate our early check in request. All our calls were not accepted between 3PM and 4PM when we were supposed to check in. Kitchen gas stove was not working. Outside gate, terrace area was not clean. Overall, it gave a wrong start to our journey and did not go as per our expectations.

Suite was clean, quiet, well located.

The fact that they put my personal information on a third party app cloud and I wasn't asked!!!!!

We ordered a taxi through the accommodation and the taxi driver helped us with the keys

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, clean and centrally located.

I was not impressed at all by the communication of the Budapest apartment company. I had a few requests that were not fulfilled by the staff and this resulted in me needing to call them a few times. One of these requests was about my transfer to the airport which had a problem. We cut it real close at the airport as we had to find a different way to the airport.

The location is perfect, all is close and the train stations are near by. The apartment was heated all the time and there was always hot water, which is a must in February. I lost jewelry in the apartment, contact them the next day and they found it and had it send to me back to my country! so not only the apartment is amazing, the crew and management are reliable and efficient! I Highly recommend!

The bed was a bit soft for my taste
