Excellent location. Central to everything

the entrance to the building is very unclear when checking in, instructions/description could be more clear

I really liked the convenient location right in the city center, the quick response from the hosts in the chat, the easy online check-in process, the spacious apartment, and the cleanliness inside. You don’t need to use public transport, as all the main sights are within walking distance. Tram line No. 2, which runs through the entire city center along the Danube embankment, is nearby. There’s also a pedestrian street next to the apartment with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately, we were only able to check in at 15:50, as the apartment was not ready on time. The apartment was clean, and the beds were made. However, we didn’t use the balcony because it was very dusty. The interior could use a bit of renovation, but overall, the apartment is cozy. I would recommend offering each guest more than one towel and a slightly larger number of shower gel packets — that would be more comfortable. There were also no coffee capsules for the machine and not enough tea. Overall, I believe these are minor issues that can be easily addressed to improve the comfort of future guests.

The flat is perfectly located in the heart of the city yet it was a very quiet stay. The flat was beautiful inside.

The cleaner forgot to leave us toilet roll but the hat was very apologetic. The WiFi dropped out briefly one day.
