BpR Golden Corner Suite with balcony & A/C

Really nice place, right in the center of the city. Beautifully decorated, warm and cozy in the winter and very quiet. The kitchen is well organized, there is cuttlery and crockery for four (including various types of cups and glasses, so that you will not be forced to drink your palinka, wine or water from the wrong glass :), pans, pots, oven dishes (and many other smaller but smart things one might need for cooking and serving simple or more complicated meals), as well as a toaster and a kettle mug. The fridge is big and works well. The bathroom is spacious and nicely decorated, and everything in there works well. Public transportation is very good, we could easily travel all over the city, and the fact that Deak Ferenc main station, where three out of four metro lines connect is a five-minute walk from the apartment was an advantage (by the way, the airport shuttle bus also gets to and leaves from Deak Ference square). On the nearby Regi Posta street there is a store (for food & drinks and hygiene products) and also a luggage storage point. Other, bigger stores can easily be reached, some of them on foot. There are plenty of places around where one can eat or have a coffee. We had practically anything we wanted within walking distance, from food and drinks to bookstore, church, or a Danube cruises operator. The Golden Corner kind of proved to be golden, indeed. One final word about the people at Budapest Apartments - they were very kind, eager to help and prompt at solving a small issue that arose during our stay. If we get back to Budapest we will definitely seek to rent this place again.

Finding the property and Gaining acess

Comportable and nice house in the heart of Budapest with all required equipment. Close to all sightseeing on foot.

There were no slippers.

Great location. Really attractive place, very well constructed and quiet.

The bed! After everything, you're really there for the bed and that was the problem. Poor mattress with a good foam topper but still a poor mattress. The sheets didn't fit the bed nor did the blankets. Wake up with the sheets in a ball underneath on a bare mattress. The check in instructions were inaccurate. The instructions said there was a sign to identify the property, there was not.

Location was fab, around the corner from the bustling streets one way and 1 street away from the Danuabe river. Communication from booking agenylt was good prior to arrival!

Instructions to get in!! arriving after 11pm, outside door code could be made more clear, level 4 then turn left and first flat. The key box was awful to get in. Would be better if some simple things were put In place - Teabags left, sugar, wash pods. Shower gel/shampoo rather than sample sachet. 2 pillows would be nice. The balcony was a waste of time. Hard uncomfortable living room seating. We used it as a bed and that is what it is good for. Affordable accommodation really well situated. Budapest is amazing!
