Contemporary City Apartment Váci Utca

The main advantage of this apartment is its location, in the center, but also the fact that it is very spacious. There are a lot of terraces and restaurants where you can serve meals, and at the accommodation you will also find a map with the nearby shops from which you can stock up if you want to eat in the apartment sometimes. Very close also to the metro station/bus station.

I think that in the apartment I would have felt the need for a more serious cleaning. It's the first time I've had dark and wrinkled bed linens at the accommodation. In the room where the clothes washing machine was, I have seen other sheets of the same color laid out to dry in an inappropriate manner. Moisture collects in them and obviously they wrinkle a lot.

The apartment is spacious, clean, warm and homely, which made for a very very enjoyable and relaxing trip to Budapest. The location is ideal, very central. The owners were really very helpful ensuring check in was smooth. There were a few touches that made it a much easier and pleasant trip; a little bit of tea and coffee, a map of local shops and towels etc. I would be very happy to stay here again on my next trip into Budapest. Thank you!

Location was perfect, Vaci Utca is a main mall of Budapest with restaurants right at the door step and just a short stroll away for train and bus, including the bus from the airport. We spent 9 nights here and the apartment very much felt like home.

Excellent location - on the main street! Easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was nice inside and spacious. It had what we needed and was clean.

The building entrance, foyer, hallways and lift are very old old, dark and dirty. People smoking drugs filtered into these areas and was strong in the elevator. It feels unwelcoming and is not an ideal family environment. This lowered our overall rating.

Hosts are very pleasant to deal with and very forthcoming. We arrived very late and they have been a great help.

Communication with the owner before arrival; lack of bathroom and toilet supplies; left used towels (clean towels are included). I asked to prepare two bedrooms because we are relatives but we do not sleep in one bed. It was not done.
