Pokojný byt v centre. Na naše prekvapenie ruch z ulice nebol žiaden - napriek recenziám. Z balkóna výhľad na stromami prerastený dvor, príjemne sa tam pila ranná káva. Postele pohodlné. V kuchyni všetko potrebné vybavenie. Byt vkusne zariadený, čistý. Treba rátať s tým, že byt sa nachádza v starom dome na 2. poschodí, schodisko je ozaj hrôzostrašné, ale zvykli sme si.

Preberanie kľúčov bolo trochu komplikované, nevedeli sme ktorý bezpečnostný zámok pre prebratie kľúča je náš. Zišlo by sa ho lepšie označiť, možno nejakým číslom. Jeden kód je ku hlavnej bráne, druhý kód je ku bezpečnostnej schránke, potom otváranie mreží ku schodisku.

Det var super godt beskrevet hvordan vi skulle komme til lejligheden med både dørkoder og nøgleboks.

Antallet af ekstra dyner og hovedpuder og ekstra betræk.

Lejligheden lå perfekt i byen og er godt indrettet. Køkkenet havde hvad vi skulle bruge. Bygningen virker sikker, med 2 låste porte. Den er som vist på billederne på bestillings siden

Der er meget dårlig belysning på trappen og på gangen. TV/wifi virkede ikke, jeg fik WiFi til at virke, men TV ville ikke finde kanaler. Lejligheden havde myre på badeværelset. Der var ingen værdi box eller rengøringsmiddel,selv om det står i beskrivelsen og vi måtte ud og købe toilet papir.

The apartment is big for 4 people and it is well decorated. Lovely place to be. The jewish district is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants

The way to the apartment is very dark and the light above the door is broken. The Internet connection was very unstable and our second day was without Internet, despite our attempts to reset the router

Ubicacion excelente. Muy cerca de todo y con gran ambiente.

El trato del personal fue muy desagradable y poco profesional. Reservé para 4 adultos y un niño, y ni siquiera nos proporcionaron una toalla para el niño. Cuando la solicitamos, nos dijeron que teníamos que pagarla porque “no estaba incluido”, lo cual me parece totalmente inaceptable. Además, para una estancia de seis días, solo dejaron cuatro rollos de papel higiénico y cuatro muestras de gel. Cuando pedimos más, se negaron a proporcionarlo, demostrando una total falta de consideración hacia los huéspedes. Por si fuera poco, en una de las habitaciones faltaba la cortina opaca para bloquear la luz del sol por la mañana. La cortina estaba dentro de un cajón, lo que dejaba claro que ya estaba rota o se habia caido y que nadie se había molestado en arreglarla. En general, una experiencia muy decepcionante y un servicio al cliente muy por debajo de lo esperado.

The place was spacious, two bedroom apartment. The apartment was located in the Pest downtown, near the Opera and main trams/metro/bus stops. The apartment had all the amenities needed.

It was so cold!! Apartment was constantly 17-18 degrees, when we put on the AC it worked only for a while, heating up the heater and then it suddenly turned off, leaving the apartment still cold. Since it is located in a civilian neighbourhood, some passionate Hungarians screamed and shouted at nights (2-3AM). I know this is not a fault to the apartment but still, didn't get a full rest.
