Dominique apartment

The location was ideal, within walking distance to Vaci Street (2 minutes). Communication with the host was easy via messages. Spacious and very well-equipped. Everything meets expectations. I will come again when in Budapest. VRACAR RULEZ

If you are not used to old buildings in Budapest's city center, then building hall and terrace access to the room can be a bit spooky. The second floor and lift were not working can be a bit challenging

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, perfectly clean and perfect location. The service was amazing and they even remember it was my birthday, all the details were amazing. I’m so happy to have stayed there.

Everything was clean, nice!

The apartment is situated in a central part of Budapest near a metro station (and Lidl's!) and about 5-10 minutes walk to the Danube. The street it is situated runs parallel to the best (in our opinion) street to find cafes, restaurants and shops, Vaci Utca. Dominique Apartment is spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. We would highly recommend it!

Building works, which we had been warned about, meant that the lift was out of service and the stairs were a bit dusty. As the apartment is on the 2nd floor, there were a lot of stairs to climb!

The property is located in close proximity to Danube, metro, bus and tram stops and various supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Discount). Vaci street which is the main location for souvenirs, main brand clothes' shops and restaurants is a block away. The apartment was on the second floor, exactly as presented in the photos but in reality looked even more spacious. It was silent (no noise from the nearby bars and restaurants) and pleasantly cool even without A/C while outside was sunny and hot. The neighborhood was very pleasant and felt safe even at nights. It was kept clean, the kitchen had all electric appliances and utensils needed (the fridge is medium size and doesn't have freezer). There were washing supplies, sugar, tea and coffee capsules, salt and black pepper which was very nice. The bathroom was spacious and clean supplied with liquid soap and shower gel. The hosts have sent prior to our arrival detailed instructions how to reach the apartment, take the keys, as well as plenty of very useful information for our stay and the city.

The apartment is located on the second floor and there was no elevator available to use (we were warned for that in advance). The stairs were little steep which for old, handicapped people or travelers with heavy suitcases might be a problem. The fridge doesn't have freezer if you want to keep ice, ice cream, etc. There were three rolls of toilet paper for our whole stay of four nights (a family of three) which is not a big issue but might be something to be improved in the future.

Nothing to complain about. Everything 100%

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is close to sightseeing and is close to the metro, attractive restaurants and cafes. The house furniture was new and clean.

The only things I didn't like were the entrance and stairs of the building, which were full of dirt and cement due to repairs. And the trash cans at the entrance of the building smelled very bad.
