Good location warm and clean

Could have done with more toliet roll and towels for showering

It was close to the centre

Staff were very rude, apartment was not up to standard and the bathrooms smelt very bad

The beds were comfortable and the property was warm on arrival. Was in a very good location central to our needs.

The property was very basic and although had 3 bedrooms there was only one small sofa and two chairs at a table in a very small space which was not comfortable to sit. The front bedrooms were noisy until 2am with music. The rooms were clean but I wouldn’t say it was worth the money at all for this stay.

The location is great, really in the city center. The apartment is simple, clean, ok if you are only planning to sleep in there. Kitchen, dinning table, “living room” are not comfortably arranged if you want to spend time in there. There are 2 bathrooms (toilet + shower).

1 key for a group of 5-6 people is ridiculous. We had to leave the door open, as some girls were coming to sleep early and some we going out. You can use the lock box when you are all out and someone comes home first, but you can’t close the door and then put the key in the lock box as it’s outside… One of the showers is not comfortable, water pressure was bad and also water was all over the floor. Only 1 rather small towel per person. Hairdryer is weak if you have a lot of hair, for me it’s was fine, but some of my friends were unhappy) In the room with single beds some wallpapers were torn. On the closet in the first room there was a big layer of dust… Registration forms and the rules of the apartment is crazy, it took me so much time to register everyone. But then we didn’t need to go to register in the reception. The list of the rules is long and looks scary) you feel a bit under pressure. Try to use nicer words, so it doesn’t seem so rude :)

Amazing location - right in the heart of the city and easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. Nicely renovated apartment in an old building which gave it some character. The rooms were a good size and 2 bathrooms essential for our family of 5. Air conditioning worked well.

Our sheets and towels were stained and threadbare. I contacted the management but they didn't respond until the 2nd day of our 3 night stay. Soap and shampoo were NOT provided - not really a big problem but it should be mentioned in the property description since these are basic amenities that would typically be included, especially for the price. Aside from the bedrooms, the other living space (kitchen and dining room) were very small. Internet only worked intermittently despite notifying the management about this problem. The walls had many marks and paint/wallpaper damage - bad enough that I notified the management and took pictures to ensure that I wasn't blamed for this at the end of our stay. Only 1 key was supplied which seems odd for an apartment that sleeps 6 people. We were only a family of 5 but it was inconvient to have only a single key. Overall, none of these issues were major but it is hard to understand why they wouldn't invest in a some good quality, clean linens/towels and a fresh coat of paint - it would have turned this into a 9 or 10 out of 10 rating.

Beautiful apartment in a great central location. The apartment was sparkling clean and it is a good option for staying in Budapest during your city break.

Too many steps for check-in- We were 6 people and for each of them we had to fill in detailed personal data in a specific mobile app. Also, more towels would be welcome.

Clean and tidy apartment. The location is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, the 2 bathrooms are perfect for our group of 6 people. The only complaint is the lack of towels and toilet paper. Apartment for every recommendation

Location, 2 toilets & 2 showers, comfort beds, high ceiling, air conditioning, big fridge, new appliances and toilets, sufficient toilet paper, has Dish washer.

WiFi didn't work on 1st 2 days, but we've enough roaming data from our UK operators so not a major issue for us. Kitchen sink has some water leakage which was fixed after 1 day. The apartment building is a big old, but that's same for central location. No kitchen cleaning cloth.
