Premium Apartment by Hi5 - Central 3 bedroom (221)

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Perfect location in the centre of the city. Company gave us proper instructions how to check in and get to the apartment. Underground garage is close to the accommodation.

We stayed there in the middle of the March and the apartment was cold. We were able to heat only by A/C in rooms, so bathrooms stayed cold. The soap was only in one bathroom.

2 Bathrooms, 3 separate bedrooms, central location, main door code entry for security with key to the apartment in a coded lock box, code was sent prior to arrival. There was a link to a video sent showing where the apartment was located and how to get to it. The apartment was clean and modern inside, a good place to stay. There was a luggage storage facility with friendly, helpful staff 5 minutes walk away, included in the price of the apartment/free.

Only one toilet roll provided, so one bathroom had no toilet roll, we had to go out and buy some from the local shop. In the bedroom we stayed in, there was no wardrobe, only a chest of drawers, so there was nowhere to hang clothes in the room, however, the other 2 bedrooms did have a wardrobe. The remote control to the TV in our room was not working, probably just needed new batteries, and we couldn't find a remote control for the dining area TV, however, the remote controls in the other 2 bedrooms were working and also worked on the dining area TV, so we just had to share remote controls.

Great location -shopping, hop on bus, connection to the airport. enough space for 6 people, comfortable beds, all rooms with tv and netflix.

no extra towels, not enough glasses, cups, and cutlery for 6 people, no extra garbage bags, kitchen towels the check-in process is not smooth enough, especially with kids' passports
