Spacious living room and terrace. Clean. Some welcome snacks and drinks. Detailed check-in instructions. Rather well-equipped apartment; the only notable missing thing is a washing machine. 10 minutes walk to the train station.

There was only a partial glass divider for the shower and no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor got wet after each shower. The bathroom and toilet sinks were very small and space was tight. For some reason, someone removed the screws of the bathroom door handle and it came off. It freaked out one of my guests who had trouble opening the door from the inside. The owner was quick to respond and fix it the next day. Multiple doors to unlock to get to the apartment from the main entrance. The location map on Booking.com is wrong. It shows the apartment at 22 Garay utca, but it's actually 400m northeast at 22C Garay tér.

De hygiëne, het was niet echt goed schoon. De klink van de douche deur viel eruit. Het bed zakte door.

En general perfecto, la cocina está muy bien, el salón tmb, cómodo muy cómodo.

La única pega, los lavabos son pequeños.

Very specious apartment with a large terrace and equipped with most of facilities

The area surrounding the complex, most of the terrace doesn’t catch the sun ,very late check in ( 3.30 pm ) and very early check out ( 10.00 am ),no washing machine

The kitchen was poorly equipped – the apartment is for 5 people but there were only two cups. There were no trash bags or dishwasher tablets. Most of the cupboards were screwed shut. The air conditioning was weak and only in the living room. The neighbors were noisy in the morning, so it was impossible to sleep with the window open. The shower was leaking outside the bathtub, and everything was outdated. The apartment looks good only in the photos.

the management demanded a €150 deposit just one day before arrival, threatening not to provide the check-in code if we didn’t pay. It's unacceptable as it was too late to cancel the booking. This should be reported to booking.com. The deposit was returned after 5 days, with some problems as first return was reverted
