BpR Garay Suite with rooftop terrace & A/C

I lived in this apartment and was very satisfied. The place is spacious and cozy, and everything was in good working order. The landlord is very nice, always responsive, and quick to answer any questions. At the beginning, there was a bit of confusion with the keys, but he helped resolve it quickly. Overall, a great option for a comfortable stay!😊

It was very spacious, with a separate living area that featured two comfortable sofas. The two separate bedrooms and decent-sized kitchen provided ample space, and there was plenty of room to store our belongings. A big mirror in the living room was especially useful for dressing up. The location was excellent—it was within walking distance of the train station, even with luggage, and offered great connectivity to buses, trams, and the metro, making it easy to reach tourist destinations. Have heating rack, good soundproofing that blocked noise from upstairs, an elevator for convenience, and reliable Wi-Fi.

The apartment was not well-cleaned, especially the kitchen, which was very dirty, along with all the kitchenware. Communication with the host was difficult, as they refused to use WhatsApp and it’s hard to communicate via booking app, making it hard to resolve issues or share photos. The check-in process was confusing; we couldn’t access the building initially, and our messages and calls went unanswered. Although the wait outside wasn’t too long, it was frustrating. These are our major concerns for the stay. Apart from that, not very major issues like the wash bin in the toilet was quite small, making it a bit tricky to use without some splashing. The lack of a shower curtain meant the floor could get wet. The dining table also had an unusual height, making it feel slightly mismatched with the chairs. There wasn’t quite enough toilet paper for a four-night stay (or probably we used too much). However, these were minor issues

 I was so impressed with everything about this apartment it had everything you needed for a city break. Most importantly, the management, if required were only a phone call away, though we didn't need to contact them as everything from picking up the keys to vacating the apartment went smoothly. The lcoation is close to transportation and only a 10/15 minite walk to the city centre. I highly recommend the Bpr Garay Suite for your stay in Budapest.

The location is confusing to get to.

The location is fairly easy to get to and close to the city centre (bus stops and metro stations nearby). It’s on top of a shopping mall so you can get your groceries fairly easy and there are night shops available around too.

The building felt dingy, it was rather confusing to navigate and you can get lost in the underground garage (which is very expensive btw). The place was only cleaned superficially (there was dust on many surfaces, trash from previous guests under the bed) and had the very bare minimum in terms of the provided facilities. The soap and washing up liquid were diluted with water. The apartment is rather spartan. There was no heating available and the AC was always on with no way to turn it down. Not great and not very cheap for what the place had to offer either.

Excellent location buses trams and metro all within walking distance fantastic apartment great supermarket bars shops on the ground floor and a laundrette fantastic restaurants nearby this place is in the ideal location
