PRTR Apartment w/ FREE parking

Location was ok and near the metro. It was good to have two toilets. They left enough toiletries and detergents.

The blackout blinds were torn from the beginning, to the point that they could not be pulled down at all. I informed the apartment immediately after arrival and sent photos as proof. I was told that maintenance would be notified, but nobody came during our three-day stay. Later, I noticed that other guests had also mentioned the same issue in their reviews, which means the problem was already known. Unfortunately, there was no real effort to solve it, despite the fact that without proper blinds it was almost impossible to sleep because of the light. Another major issue was the air conditioning. It seemed to be set to a minimum level and locked, so it was not possible to adjust it. Since the apartment is in the attic, it became extremely hot and there was not enough fresh air. The roof windows could not be opened properly because of the heat and mosquitoes, so we ended up opening the entrance door to the staircase, which is neither safe nor a normal solution. The main bed was uncomfortable, with a visible dip and constant squeaking every time someone moved. The sofa bed in the living room, however, was comfortable. The apartment itself is not expensive, but these issues seriously affected our stay. We tried to avoid spending time there because the heat made it very uncomfortable. The parking space is extremely narrow, and the driver has to get out through the passenger side. Because of this, we did not move the car during our stay. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated — finding the keys felt like a treasure hunt. Luckily, the younger members of our family managed to solve it. Communication with the staff also felt unusual; there were many instructions and tasks, which gave the impression that this might be managed by an agency rather than the owner. After the full payment was made, there was not much flexibility left for us. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM, with cleaning given as the reason.

Pobyt w tym obiekcie był bardzo rozczarowujący. Brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu z obsługą. Po przyjeździe przez półtorej godziny nie mogliśmy dostać się do lokalu, a próby kontaktu były bezskuteczne. Standard obiektu jest bardzo niski – pokoje są zaniedbane i wymagają generalnego remontu. Wiele elementów wyposażenia jest uszkodzonych, zniszczonych lub porwanych, a w pomieszczeniach unosi się nieprzyjemny zapach. Klimatyzacja była w bardzo złym stanie technicznym – głośno huczała, praktycznie nie chłodziła pomieszczenia, była zabrudzona i sprawiała wrażenie nieserwisowanej od dłuższego czasu. Z nawiewu wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach, co budziło obawy co do jej stanu higienicznego. Urządzenie wyglądało na wymagające całkowitej wymiany. Czystość całego obiektu pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca i nie skorzystam z jego usług ponownie.

Good location, the apartment is specious and has everything you need. The parking is a big advantage. Easy check-in/check-out, perfect for family or group of friends.

The check-in is a little bit late at 4 pm but the check-out is until 10 am. I would expect if I have to check-in later to be able to check out later too. The elevator in the building was out of order twice for 3 days and we have to use the staircase to go to the apartment on the 6th floor with a small child and a luggage.

Clean nice apartment lot of natural lighting and near to bus and metro. Good for family spacious with two washrooms

There is upper floor and stairs should be safe for kids there is no option to lock with kids little difficult, always needs to watch them for safety
