Penthouse in the castle

The position of the apartment and the apartment itself is beautiful, same as described.

It was veri cold.(12°C when we arrived and in 14 hours the temperature raised to 19°C which wasn't comfortable at all during the night) For optimized costs they use a hotel system, the electricity of the apartment and the heater are working by a magnetic card as in a hotel room. The problem is that the sealing it's very high and all the apartment have only marble and hardwood floors so the heater needs a long time to warm up the entire place. Also if you leave the apartment you are obligated to take the card with you because it's stick together with the key. The host tried to be nice and cover up the real problem telling us that for sure it's a problem with the heating system that they didn't have before, but that was not true because the heaters were super hot. The real problem is that the space is too big to be heated fast. He gave me someone's phone number to come and check what the problem is... We were there for one night with a 5 year old kid after a 14 hours flight, the only thing we wanted it was a warm, clean place to take a hot shower and get rest. For the money we paid we got just a flu...

The location was perfect for getting into central Pest, tram, bus and metro all very close. The apartment was huge, lots of space for four people.

The apartment could be more comfortable with just a relatively small expense. There were only two wine glasses provided, no hooks on the doors for coats or dressing gowns, bedside tables would have been an added comfort, so would hooks or towel rails in the bathrooms. We arrived in the dark and instructions as to how we could find the apartment could have been more specific.

Fab location next to Metro and tram. Character, spacious and very well equipped. Chilled water in fridge. Excellent entry etc instructions.

No ac in 2nd bedroom- Budapest had a heatwave!

Very close to the metro and had a convenience store nearby. Communication with the property was great. Large big rooms very comfortable
