1. Commercial photography and filming is prohibited in the apartment! If you want to do such activities, you must inform the host in advance and ask for permission! 2. All accomodation providers in Hungary are required to collect information on guest identities upon the arrival of each guest and share that information with the Hungarian Tourism Agency. In practice, the data must be collected via digital scanning of identification documents and uploaded to a Closed Information Datavase for Guest (VIZA) provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. If a guest refuses to provide the required document, this individual must be refused the accommodations service. There are two options to do it. - Write me your e-mail address, and you can do it yourself. The guest has the option to register herself/himself in advance. For this, the "Vendegem" application must be used. All information will be in the e-mail. - On your arrival, I will personally do the guest registration, and scan the documents with the "Vendegem" application.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Excellent location and the apartment appeared to have been recently renovated. It was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The apartment is perfect for shorter people.

The ceiling height in the bedroom and part of the living room is quite low. I am 1.78m tall and had to bend down to move around the bedroom and ultimately chose to sleep on the couch after hitting my head on the ceiling twice, which was uncomfortable. I believe that anyone taller than 1.85m may also have difficulty fitting comfortably in the lower section of the living room.

"You cannot sleep!"

Really clean, lovely bathroom and kitchen. Very spacious

You cannot sleep here, the location is really sketchy, security feels awful. When you sleep there is a constant beeping from random appliances even if you turn every single thing off. There is no curtain over half the windows so light streams in at night so you cant sleep.

Very comfortable, very spacious downstairs, very comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped same as bathroom

Not a disadvantage but the bedroom roof is quite low, im 6 foot 2 and had to bend down to get into bed, but expectionally good apartment, would recommend to anyone

Very clean, with all facilities needed and more. It was a beautiful, modern apartment.The location was amazing, for travelling around the city. The hosts instructions were perfect and was available for any questions at all times.

"Nice apartment in a great location."

Very clean and well equipped studio apartment in a traditional and atmospheric Hungarian apartment block. Fantastic location just a minutes walk away from Oktogon metro station. 10 minutes walk or a short metro ride to city centre. Vibrant and safe area with lots of nice restaurants just round the corner. Host very responsive to queries.
