1. Commercial photography and filming is prohibited in the apartment! If you want to do such activities, you must inform the host in advance and ask for permission! 2. All accomodation providers in Hungary are required to collect information on guest identities upon the arrival of each guest and share that information with the Hungarian Tourism Agency. In practice, the data must be collected via digital scanning of identification documents and uploaded to a Closed Information Datavase for Guest (VIZA) provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. If a guest refuses to provide the required document, this individual must be refused the accommodations service. There are two options to do it. - Write me your e-mail address, and you can do it yourself. The guest has the option to register herself/himself in advance. For this, the "Vendegem" application must be used. All information will be in the e-mail. - On your arrival, I will personally do the guest registration, and scan the documents with the "Vendegem" application.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

This apartment was phenomenal! The host was super responsive, anticipating my questions and answering my messages within minutes, making for a seamless, stress-free check-in. The neighborhood was safe and friendly, very close to many public transit options, cute shops and cafes, with no street noise at all. The apartment itself was a beautifully-appointed, modern loft, impeccably clean, comfortable, and sleek. The full kitchen had a mini Keurig, a thoughtfully stocked pantry, a washing machine etc. - basically everything needed to make it feel like a home-away-from-home. I would absolutely book this gem again!

Modern, clean, comfy and quiet and looks exactly like the pictures. It was perfectly located to be able to walk around Budapest. Everything was available in the property that you would need for your stay. Timi, the host, communicated brilliantly so arrival and departure went smoothly.

If being picky the shower was on an angle which made it a little awkward if tall.

The apartment was immaculate and spotless the central location made it very easy to get around the city and it was quiet at night so there was no noise from roads. The instructions for arrival were great and we found the room without any issues. Timi was great and on hand if we needed anything. A great stay in a great city!
