1. Commercial photography and filming is prohibited in the apartment! If you want to do such activities, you must inform the host in advance and ask for permission! 2. All accomodation providers in Hungary are required to collect information on guest identities upon the arrival of each guest and share that information with the Hungarian Tourism Agency. In practice, the data must be collected via digital scanning of identification documents and uploaded to a Closed Information Datavase for Guest (VIZA) provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. If a guest refuses to provide the required document, this individual must be refused the accommodations service. There are two options to do it. - Write me your e-mail address, and you can do it yourself. The guest has the option to register herself/himself in advance. For this, the "Vendegem" application must be used. All information will be in the e-mail. - On your arrival, I will personally do the guest registration, and scan the documents with the "Vendegem" application.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Super location with everything you want outside including public transport, and walkable around Pest. Quiet and spacious apartment with everything you need including a washing machine. Host was very responsive.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the elevator only goes up (it won’t pick you up to go down). Guests with large luggage should be aware. Also, the loft ceiling is not so high, over 178m you will hit your head if you try to stand straight.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. She allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment earlier on the day of arrival and allowed us to check out slightly later. Recommended us very good and reasonably priced restaurants.

- Great host: excellent communication, proactive and very clear instructions, flexible and very friendly - Extremely well-equipped apartment: the property is supplied with everything one might need during their stay including a wide range of items that you would not normally expect. Unlike other apartments where you are expected to buy your own coffee, detergent and other basic consumables (so that the host can have some free stuff when you leave), here we had everything conveniently and considerately provided by the host. - Spacious, modern and very well-maintained apartment

easy to find, just how it looked on the pictures and very clean. Well equipped and the host was easy to get hold of. wanted early check in and managed to sort for us. can’t fault it.

the location is excellent, easy to reach most of the landmarks by foot and very hand to public transport (in front of a metro and train stops). the apartment has everything you need and it was super clean. I highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful, modern and spotless and the location is perfect. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Communication with the host was excellent. This is the place to stay when in Budapest.
