Bad welcoming and lack of info for check in. The apartment was kind of dirty. Only one small window.

The location

The apartment was so dirty, hair everywhere, mud on the bed. Overall a bad experience, the check-in was hard and the host didn't give indications about how to check-in until I called the support

Very good communication and quick assistance when we arrived to a very dirty apartment. I hope they keep up with the cleaning because the location was very good. Notice only one window so the apartment was quite humid and didn’t smell very fresh. Nice and needed with the fan in the bedroom, all in all a fine place to the price close to city centre.

Great price. Nice location, not far away from a tram line to the Nyugaty railway station and the metro line 2 (Opera House stop). The kitchenette has basic necessary equipment. Powerful electric radiator.

The door to the bathroom could not be locked. A more detailed instruction for the arriving guests could be provided, especially on how to open the key box. That was my first time dealing with them, I didn't know I just need to pull the upper part of the box after entering the code. The doors and key boxes could be marked better, so that no guests are confused. It took us some time to find our key box. One time some tourists tried to enter the apartment we stayed at, at night (!), while in fact they booked the apartment next door.
