Nice and quiet location

Broken chair was a surprise

it‘s near to the city and Transport stations

the communication between the property facilitator. last minute of emailing all necessary information needed and even though it says in the info that the check-in is this hour i specifically requested if i can check-in early. they did not inform me that it can’t be possible. although they managed to provide us the key because luckily the previous guest did leave early but they ask us to drop off our things in a unclean and not organized apartment and comeback at around 1400.. of course we did not leave our things.

The place is cozy, clean, and suitable for a couple of nights.

I expected to have hot water to take a shower after reaching, but it seems that the heater is switched off and without hot water in the apartment. Not a big deal, just keep in mind, especially if you are reaching late night after a long flight.

The place was very quiet and I could work confortably

Very bad experience with this host. I filtered my search by using Erzsebetvaros district and I found this place that was advertised as located in Erzsebetvaros in 1073 Budapest, 65 Akácfa utca fsz 3/a, Hungary, which was perfect for me because I need to stay close the metro 2 line. In the morning of the day of my arrival the owner messaged me asking for the IDs and telling me: IMPORTANT: The correct address is 1067 Budapest Szobi street 5, which is in another district, Terezvaros. Of course this communication came after the expiration of free cancellation period. If I had known this in advance I could have cancelled this booking and found a proper one. I find this way of communicating the different location after the free cancellation time tremendously unfair and not professional. I have been living in Budapest for 6,5 years so I think I know quite well the places that are more suitable for me.
